How to Claim Card (Desktop)

Step 1: Click on 'Register/Log in' button located at the top right corner of the webpage to register your MYA account.

Step 2: Click on the profile picture to enter personal dashboard.

Step 3: From your personal dashboard, click on 'Claim Card' tab.

Step 4: Fill in the relevant information as required on the page.

Step 5: Click on 'Application History' tab to inquire about the application result.
